Lauren Cairo

Dr. Lauren Cairo, PT, DPT

Dr. Lauren is a licensed physical therapist who received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO in 2020. Following graduation, she started her career in an orthopedic-based clinic and also began pursuing advanced knowledge in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy. She has since completed advanced training in pelvic health through the Institute of Clinical Excellence and has also received designation as a Pregnancy/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).

Through her experiences, Dr. Lauren realized the need for more individualized, patient-centered care and through these passions, chose to start Strength & Grace Physical Therapy and Wellness. Specializing in female pelvic floor and orthopedic rehabilitation, she helps clients manage and conquer issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery. With a compassionate and personalized approach, Dr. Lauren provides skilled physical therapy services including progressive exercise, manual therapy, and education. She is dedicated to creating a comfortable, supportive environment for every individual on their wellness journey.
